This meal is by far my favorite theme to get creative with. With the number of variations to enjoy a tasty taco-inspired dish, your family will be begging for more making it fun and exciting for everyone to enjoy "Taco Tuesday" on any night of the week.

To kick off the New Year, our family made a list of goals we'd like to work towards as a household. Part of that is eating healthier while also watching what we spend on food. Does that resonate with your family, too? To help make this magic happen, I decided to create a high-level "monthly meal plan" that I would write on our family board for everyone to see.
The concept came pretty easy! Each day of the week we have certain meal categories mapped out. Week 1 - 4 will have their own templates, and then voila...the month is mapped out & then I'll repeat it the following month. Of course that sounds like way too much work, right? I didn't want it to be daunting at all. I kept the categories rather vague to leave room for creativity & flexiblity. Also, this is by no means something I wanted to 100% commit to - cooking a huge meal every single day? What if we're going out for dinner? What if we're hosting people at our home? It could actually help in many ways, and waste less time having to think about what to make. Left overs are always an added bonus, and some meals can even be freezed for another time.
