Happy New Year friends & welcome to 2020!
Whether this past year was a phenomenal year or one heck of a rocky road (and I'm not talking ice cream) for you, all that matters is that it's in the past and we can only look ahead with "20/20 vision." Ok I had to throw at least one pun in this blog :)
I wanted to put these 20 incredible noteworthy goals together in a place for you to read, print off, or soak in as you wish. I by no means created the content shared below, rather I give full credit to a 2 -page spread, written by LJ Kunkel, that I quite literally tore out of a magazine (In Style? Women's Health? I can't clearly recall) last year, January 2019. I loved it so much that I taped it to my dresser vanity mirror and kept it up all year as a reminder, and just before NYE 2020 I moved it to by nightstand & "inspo wall" where I did an Instagram story about these 20 tidbits...and several of my IG followers asked if I would share it again - so here we are! Enjoy :)

Here are some great ideas to make sure we are nourishing ourselves. Prioritize You!
Sometimes, checking into the gym may look like dropping your little one at the childcare center... finding a nice empty space to lay out all your planner & calendar....sip on a coffee or beverage...plugging in your headphones....and tapping in to see what is upcoming on the agenda.
Or driving to your favorite coffee shop, blasting your favorite Cardi B song while your little's are buckled safely in their seats! Remembering Self Care looks different to everyone!
...and remember Mama, it's perfectly OK to put yourself first.
